Benchmark Data Macintosh instructions

When you are ready, download BENCH.hqx, and perform the following steps:

  1. If you have Stuffit Expander available to your browser as a helper application, then the files will automatically expand. Otherwise, you will have to manually use Stuffit Expander to expand the files.

  2. Once the file is unstuffed, a folder called BENCH will be created. In this folder, there are two subfolders named "amd" and "tendon". Each of these two folders corresponds to one of the benchmark structures. To begin, look at the file "BENCH/amd/README.AMD" which contains the information necessary to use both of the benchmark data and programs. Additional information pertinent to the active tendon problem can then be found in "/BENCH/tendon/README.TDN".

(For advanced users, the data may also be downloaded as a binary Stuffit file or a MacBinary Stuffit file.)
